A little while later, some of the bystanders approached Peter and said to him, “Surely you’re one of them, too—your accent gives you away.”


A little later, another saw him and said, “You too are one of them.” But Peter said, “Man, I am not!”


When Yeshua had said these things, He went out with His disciples across the Kidron Valley, where there was a garden, which He and His disciples entered.


Then Simon Peter, who had a sword, drew it and struck the servant of the kohen gadol , and cut off his right ear. Now the servant’s name was Malchus.
