“Yet, if I speak, my pain is not relieved, and if I refrain, does it not go away from me?


“So I will not keep silent; I will speak in the distress of my spirit, I will complain in bitterness of soul.


When I say, ‘My bed will comfort me, my couch will ease my complaint,’


Give ear, O God, to my prayer and do not ignore my plea for help.


My joy is overcome by grief, my heart is faint within me.
