I still dread all my pains, for I know You will not find me innocent.
My flesh shudders for fear of You, and I am in awe of Your judgments.
In the day of my trouble I seek my Lord. At night my hand stretches out untiringly. My soul refuses to be comforted.
They will also gird on sackcloth. Horror will cover them. Shame will be upon all faces. Baldness will be upon all their heads.
I heard, and my belly trembled. My lips quivered at the sound. Decay comes into my bones. I tremble where I stand, since I must wait quietly for a day of distress to come up against the people who will invade us.
