God has handed me over to the ungodly, and tossed me into the hands of the wicked.


God has made my heart faint; Shaddai has terrified me.


when His lamp shone above my head, when by His light I walked through darkness;


I have no ease, no quietness; I have no rest, but turmoil came.”


The lion may roar and the cub growl, but the teeth of young lions are broken.


For the arrows of Shaddai are in me, my spirit drinks in their poison; God’s terrors line up against me.


Am I a sea, or a monster of the deep that You have set a watch over me?
