He set them in place forever and ever. He made a decree that will never pass away.


But I will not withdraw My lovingkindness from him, nor will I betray My faithfulness.


his descendants will endure forever, and his throne as the sun before Me,


“For just as the new heavens and the new earth, which I will make, will endure before Me”—it is a declaration of Adonai—“so your descendants and your name will endure.”


And the word of Adonai came to Jeremiah, saying,


“Yet for all that, when they are in the land of their enemies, I will not reject them, nor will I hate them into utter destruction, and break My covenant with them, for I am Adonai their God.
