My heart’s desire is to make you into a great nation, to bless you, to make your name great so that you may be a blessing.


My desire is to bless those who bless you, but whoever curses you I will curse, and in you all the families of the earth will be blessed.


Now it came about at that same time that Abimelech—with Phicol the commander of his army---said to Abraham, “God is with you in all that you do.


I will richly bless you and bountifully multiply your seed like the stars of heaven, and like the sand that is on the seashore, and your seed will possess the gate of his enemies.


So he said, “Come in, blessed of Adonai. Why are you standing outside when I’ve tidied up the house and there is room for the camels?”
