God also said to Abraham, “As for Sarai your wife, you shall not call her by the name Sarai. Rather, Sarah is her name.


And besides, she really is my sister. She’s my father’s daughter, though not my mother’s daughter. Then she became my wife.


Now it was after these things that it was told to Abraham, “Look, Milcah has also borne sons to Nahor your brother:


Then Bethuel fathered Rebekah. These eight Milcah bore to Nahor, Abraham’s brother.


Then the servant took ten of his master’s camels and left with all the best of his master’s things in his hand. Then he arose and went to Aram-Naharaim, to Nahor’s city.


Now before he had finished speaking, behold there was Rebekah (who was born to Bethuel son of Milcah, the wife of Nahor, Abraham’s brother) going out with her jar on her shoulder.


She said to him, “I’m the daughter of Bethuel, son of Milcah, whom she bore to Nahor.”
