On that day, Sadducees (who say there is no resurrection) came to Yeshua and questioned Him, saying,

When he said this, a dispute broke out between the Pharisees and Sadducees, and the assembly was divided.
As Peter and John were speaking to the people, the kohanim and the captain of the Temple and the Sadducees came up to them.
Now if Messiah is proclaimed—that He has been raised from the dead—how can some among you say that there is no resurrection of the dead?
