When King Herod heard, he was troubled, and all Jerusalem with him.


When He entered Jerusalem, the whole city was stirred up, saying, “Who is this?”


Rising up, they drove Him out of the town and brought Him as far as the edge of the mountain on which their city had been built, in order to throw Him off the cliff.


The city was filled with confusion. They rushed into the theater, dragging with them Gaius and Aristarchus, Macedonians who were travel companions of Paul.
