When they came back to him while he staying in Jericho, he said to them, “Didn’t I tell you not to go?”
Then he fixed his gaze steadily on him until he was ashamed, and then the man of God wept.
I tell you, even if the friend will not get up and give him anything out of friendship, yet because of the man’s persistence he will get up and give him as much as he needs.
For I testify about them that they have zeal for God—but not based on knowledge.
