For You will not abandon my soul to Sheol nor let Your faithful one see the Pit.
You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You have anointed my head with oil, my cup overflows.
Your throne, O God, is forever and ever, and a scepter of justice is the scepter of Your kingdom.
So I will praise You with the harp for your truth, O my God. I will sing praises to You with the lyre O Holy One of Israel.
For behold, Your enemies, Adonai —behold Your enemies perish— all evildoers are scattered.
Evil men do not understand justice, but those who seek Adonai understand it fully.
For I am Adonai your God, the Holy One of Israel, your Savior. I have given Egypt as your ransom, Ethiopia and Seba in your place.
The Ruach Adonai Elohim is on me, because Adonai has anointed me to proclaim Good News to the poor. He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to those who are bound,
Thus says Adonai, who gives the sun as a light by day and the fixed order of the moon and the stars as a light by night, who stirs up the sea so its waves roar, Adonai-Tzva’ot is His Name:
This is the anointed portion of Aaron and the anointed portion of his sons out of the offerings of Adonai made by fire, on the day when he presented them to serve Adonai in the office of kohen.
And He replied to them, “To you has been given to know the secrets of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it has not been given.
“What have we to do with You, Yeshua of Natzeret? Have You come to destroy us? I know who You are! You’re the Holy One of God!”
“The Ruach Adonai is on me, because He has anointed me to proclaim Good News to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim release to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to set free the oppressed,
“Ah! What have we to do with You, Yeshua of Natzeret? Have You come to destroy us? I know who You are! You are the Holy One of God!”

But when the Spirit of truth comes, He will guide you into all the truth. He will not speak on His own; but whatever He hears, He will tell you. And He will declare to you the things that are to come.
You know how God anointed Yeshua of Natzeret with the Ruach ha-Kodesh and power—how He went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, because God was with Him.
But you rejected the Holy and Righteous One and asked for a murderer to be granted to you.
But the one who is spiritual discerns all things, and he himself is discerned by no one. For
You have loved righteousness and hated lawlessness; therefore God, Your God, has anointed You with the oil of gladness above Your companions.”
And no more will they teach, each one his fellow citizen and each one his brother, saying, ‘Know Adonai,’ because all will know Me, from the least of them to the greatest.
As for you, the anointing you received from Him remains in you, and you have no need for anyone to teach you. But as His anointing teaches you about all things—and it is true and not a lie—and just as it has taught you, abide in Him.
We know that we abide in Him and He in us by this—because He has given us of His Spirit.
Now I wish to remind you—though you have come to know all things —that the Lord, once having saved a people out of the land of Egypt, afterward destroyed those who did not believe.
To the angel of Messiah’s community in Philadelphia write: “Thus says the Holy One, the True One, who has the key of David, who opens and no one will shut, and who shuts and no one opens:
The four living creatures, each having six wings, were full of eyes all around and within. They do not rest day or night, chanting, “Kadosh, kadosh, kadosh Adonai Elohei-Tzva’ot, asher haya v’hoveh v’yavo! Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God of Hosts, who was and who is and who is to come!”
