Over his head they placed the written charge against him, which read, “This is Jesus, the King of the Jews.”

and set up over his head his accusation written, THIS IS JESUS THE KING OF THE JEWS.

And over His head they put the accusation against Him (the cause of His death), which read, This is Jesus, the King of the Jews.

And they set up over his head his accusation written, THIS IS JESUS THE KING OF THE JEWS.

They placed above his head the charge against him. It read, “This is Jesus, the king of the Jews.”

And they set his accusation above his head, written as: THIS IS JESUS, KING OF THE JEWS.

And they put over his head his cause written: THIS IS JESUS THE KING OF THE JEWS.

Then two robbers were crucified with him, one on his right and one on his left.

“He saved others, but he cannot save himself. If he is the king of Israel, let him come down now from the cross, and we will believe in him.

The inscription of the charge against him was written as follows: “The King of the Jews.”

There was also an inscription over him written in Greek, Latin, and Hebrew letters, which read: “This is the King of the Jews.”
