One Sabbath, when Jesus went to eat at the house of one of the rulers of the Pharisees, the people there were watching him closely.
When all the people saw it, they grumbled, saying, “He has gone in to stay with a sinful man.”
(When all the people heard this, including the tax collectors, they acknowledged the justice of God, because they had been baptized with the baptism of John.
