When the disciples heard this, they fell on their faces and were utterly afraid.


As they came into the house and saw the child with Mary his mother, they fell down and worshiped him. Then they opened their treasures and offered him gifts: gold, frankincense, and myrrh.


But the centurion replied, “Lord, I am not worthy to have yoʋ enter under my roof, but just say the word, and my servant will be healed.


So they signaled to their partners in the other boat to come and assist them, and they came and filled both the boats, so that they began to sink.


For he and all who were with him were gripped with astonishment at the catch of fish they had taken,


When Mary came to where Jesus was and saw him, she fell at his feet and said to him, “Lord, if yoʋ had been here, my brother would not have died.”
