“Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.
But he said to them, “Why are you afraid, O you of little faith?” Then he rose and rebuked the winds and the sea, and there was a great calm.
As Jesus went on from there, two blind men followed him, crying out, “Have mercy on us, Son of David!”
Woe to you lawyers! For you have taken away the key of knowledge. You yourselves have not entered, and you have hindered those who were trying to enter.”
Then Jesus told them a parable about the need to pray at all times and not lose heart.
Now people were even bringing their babies to Jesus so that he might touch them. When the disciples saw this, they rebuked those who were bringing them,
So Jesus stopped and ordered the man to be brought to him. When the man drew near, Jesus asked him,
But some of the Pharisees from among the crowd said to Jesus, “Teacher, rebuke yoʋr disciples.”
While he was still speaking, someone came from the ruler of the synagogue's house and said to him, “Yoʋr daughter has died; do not trouble the teacher.”
