And he built the stories against all the house, each five cubits high: and they rested on the house with timber of cedar.


So he built the house, and finished it; and he covered the house with beams and planks of cedar.


And the greater house he cieled with fir tree, which he overlaid with fine gold, and wrought thereon palm trees and chains:


The righteous shall flourish like the palm tree: He shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon.


Thine head upon thee is like Carmel, And the hair of thine head like purple; The king is held captive in the tresses thereof.


If she be a wall, We will build upon her a turret of silver: And if she be a door, We will enclose her with boards of cedar.
