That the godless man reign not, That there be none to ensnare the people
That which I see not teach thou me If I have done iniquity, I will do it no more?
He that covereth his transgressions shall not prosper: But whoso confesseth and forsaketh them shall obtain mercy.
I hearkened and heard, but they spake not aright: no man repenteth him of his wickedness, saying, What have I done? every one turneth to his course, as a horse that rusheth headlong in the battle.
I also walked contrary unto them, and brought them into the land of their enemies: if then their uncircumcised heart be humbled, and they then accept of the punishment of their iniquity;
