Whether it be for correction, or for his land, Or for mercy, that he cause it to come
Dost thou know how God layeth his charge upon them, And causeth the lightning of his cloud to shine?
Dost thou know the balancings of the clouds, The wondrous works of him which is perfect in knowledge?
God thundereth marvelously with his voice; Great things doeth he, which we cannot comprehend
Which doeth great things and unsearchable; Marvelous things without number:
The works of the LORD are great, Sought out of all them that have pleasure therein.
Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.
And Moses said unto the people, Fear ye not, stand still, and see the salvation of the LORD, which he will work for you today: for the Egyptians whom ye have seen today, ye shall see them again no more for ever.
Consider the work of God: for who can make that straight, which he hath made crooked?
But the LORD is in his holy temple: let all the earth keep silence before him.
