They make oil within the walls of these men; They tread their winepresses, and suffer thirst.


There are that pluck the fatherless from the breast, And take a pledge of the poor:


If I have eaten the fruits thereof without money, Or have caused the owners thereof to lose their life:


And if he be a poor man, thou shalt not sleep with his pledge:


When thou reapest thine harvest in thy field, and hast forgot a sheaf in the field, thou shalt not go again to fetch it: it shall be for the stranger, for the fatherless, and for the widow: that the LORD thy God may bless thee in all the work of thine hands.


Behold, the hire of the labourers who mowed your fields, which is of you kept back by fraud, crieth out: and the cries of them that reaped have entered into the ears of the Lord of Sabaoth.
