He was the son of a widow of the tribe of Naphtali, and his father was a man of Tyre, a worker in bronze; and he was full of wisdom, understanding, and skill, for making any work in bronze. He came to King Solomon, and did all his work.


and the plan of all that he had in mind for the courts of the house of the Lord, all the surrounding chambers, the treasuries of the house of God, and the treasuries for dedicated gifts;


All this he made clear by the writing from the hand of the Lord concerning it, all the work to be done according to the plan.


And when Judah looked, behold, the battle was before and behind them; and they cried to the Lord, and the priests blew the trumpets.


O Lord, how manifold are thy works! In wisdom hast thou made them all; the earth is full of thy creatures.


And Moses said to the people of Israel, “See, the Lord has called by name Bezalel the son of Uri, son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah;


that prudence may be given to the simple, knowledge and discretion to the youth—


O simple ones, learn prudence; O foolish men, pay attention.


For he is instructed aright; his God teaches him.


O the depth of the riches and wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are his judgments and how inscrutable his ways!


In him, according to the purpose of him who accomplishes all things according to the counsel of his will,


that through the church the manifold wisdom of God might now be made known to the principalities and powers in the heavenly places.


in whom are hid all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.
