Thy testimonies are my heritage for ever; yea, they are the joy of my heart.


I rejoice at thy word like one who finds great spoil.


The law of thy mouth is better to me than thousands of gold and silver pieces.


To get wisdom is better than gold; to get understanding is to be chosen rather than silver.


if you seek it like silver and search for it as for hidden treasures;


My fruit is better than gold, even fine gold, and my yield than choice silver.


Wisdom is good with an inheritance, an advantage to those who see the sun.


For what will it profit a man, if he gains the whole world and forfeits his life? Or what shall a man give in return for his life?


Therefore I counsel you to buy from me gold refined by fire, that you may be rich, and white garments to clothe you and to keep the shame of your nakedness from being seen, and salve to anoint your eyes, that you may see.
