and from the tribe of Benjamin, Geba with its pasture lands, Alemeth with its pasture lands, and Anathoth with its pasture lands. All their cities throughout their families were thirteen.


The sons of Azmaveth, forty-two.


The people of Benjamin also lived from Geba onward, at Michmash, Aija, Bethel and its villages,


And the sons of the singers gathered together from the circuit round Jerusalem and from the villages of the Netophathites;


And the priests and the Levites purified themselves; and they purified the people and the gates and the wall.


I also found out that the portions of the Levites had not been given to them; so that the Levites and the singers, who did the work, had fled each to his field.


The men of Beth-azmaveth, forty-two.


The men of Ramah and Geba, six hundred and twenty-one.


Are they not beyond the Jordan, west of the road, toward the going down of the sun, in the land of the Canaanites who live in the Arabah, over against Gilgal, beside the oak of Moreh?
