Simon the Cananaean, and Judas Iscariot, who betrayed him.


While he was still speaking, Judas came, one of the twelve, and with him a great crowd with swords and clubs, from the chief priests and the elders of the people.


Andrew, and Philip, and Bartholomew, and Matthew, and Thomas, and James the son of Alphaeus, and Thaddaeus, and Simon the Cananaean,


and the crowd came together again, so that they could not even eat.


And they came to Caperna-um; and when he was in the house he asked them, “What were you discussing on the way?”


And during supper, when the devil had already put it into the heart of Judas Iscariot, Simon's son, to betray him,


But there are some of you that do not believe.” For Jesus knew from the first who those were that did not believe, and who it was that would betray him.


He spoke of Judas the son of Simon Iscariot, for he, one of the twelve, was to betray him.
