but Jesus said to him, “Judas, would you betray the Son of man with a kiss?”

But Jesus said unto him, Judas, betrayest thou the Son of man with a kiss?

But Jesus said to him, Judas! Would you betray and deliver up the Son of Man with a kiss?

But Jesus said unto him, Judas, betrayest thou the Son of man with a kiss?

Jesus said to him, “Judas, would you betray the Human Onewith a kiss?”

And Jesus said to him, "Judas, do you betray the Son of man with a kiss?"

And Jesus said to him: Judas, dost thou betray the Son of man with a kiss?

His speech was smoother than butter, yet war was in his heart; his words were softer than oil, yet they were drawn swords.

Faithful are the wounds of a friend; profuse are the kisses of an enemy.

While he was still speaking, there came a crowd, and the man called Judas, one of the twelve, was leading them. He drew near to Jesus to kiss him;

And when those who were about him saw what would follow, they said, “Lord, shall we strike with the sword?”
