He was still speaking, when lo, a bright cloud overshadowed them, and a voice from the cloud said, “This is my beloved Son, with whom I am well pleased; listen to him.”
and lo, a voice from heaven, saying, “This is my beloved Son, with whom I am well pleased.”
Again, the devil took him to a very high mountain, and showed him all the kingdoms of the world and the glory of them;

No one has ever seen God; the only Son, who is in the bosom of the Father, he has made him known.
Jesus answered them, “I have shown you many good works from the Father; for which of these do you stone me?”
“Truly, truly, I say to you, he who believes in me will also do the works that I do; and greater works than these will he do, because I go to the Father.
No longer do I call you servants, for the servant does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends, for all that I have heard from my Father I have made known to you.
I made known to them thy name, and I will make it known, that the love with which thou hast loved me may be in them, and I in them.”
For as the Father raises the dead and gives them life, so also the Son gives life to whom he will.
“Truly, truly, I say to you, the hour is coming, and now is, when the dead will hear the voice of the Son of God, and those who hear will live.
and come forth, those who have done good, to the resurrection of life, and those who have done evil, to the resurrection of judgment.
For when he received honor and glory from God the Father and the voice was borne to him by the Majestic Glory, “This is my beloved Son, with whom I am well pleased,”
