He binds up the waters in his thick clouds, and the cloud is not rent under them.


Can any one understand the spreading of the clouds, the thunderings of his pavilion?


For truly my words are not false; one who is perfect in knowledge is with you.


“Hear this, O Job; stop and consider the wondrous works of God.


Do you know how God lays his command upon them, and causes the lightning of his cloud to shine?


you whose garments are hot when the earth is still because of the south wind?


God thunders wondrously with his voice; he does great things which we cannot comprehend.


who does great things and unsearchable, marvelous things without number:


O Lord, how manifold are thy works! In wisdom hast thou made them all; the earth is full of thy creatures.


Great is our Lord, and abundant in power; his understanding is beyond measure.


We will not hide them from their children, but tell to the coming generation the glorious deeds of the Lord, and his might, and the wonders which he has wrought.


It is he who sits above the circle of the earth, and its inhabitants are like grasshoppers; who stretches out the heavens like a curtain, and spreads them like a tent to dwell in;
