then man prays to God, and he accepts him, he comes into his presence with joy. He recounts to men his salvation,


With the Lord on my side I do not fear. What can man do to me?


My soul languishes for thy salvation; I hope in thy word.


As for me, I shall behold thy face in righteousness; when I awake, I shall be satisfied with beholding thy form.


My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion for ever.


Thy dead shall live, their bodies shall rise. O dwellers in the dust, awake and sing for joy! For thy dew is a dew of light, and on the land of the shades thou wilt let it fall.


Your eyes will see the king in his beauty; they will behold a land that stretches afar.


I see him, but not now; I behold him, but not nigh: a star shall come forth out of Jacob, and a scepter shall rise out of Israel; it shall crush the forehead of Moab, and break down all the sons of Sheth.
