For when the horses of Pharaoh with his chariots and his horsemen went into the sea, the Lord brought back the waters of the sea upon them; but the people of Israel walked on dry ground in the midst of the sea.


“Pharaoh's chariots and his host he cast into the sea; and his picked officers are sunk in the Red Sea.


And the strong shall become tow, and his work a spark, and both of them shall burn together, with none to quench them.


with you I break in pieces the horse and his rider; with you I break in pieces the chariot and the charioteer;


and I will turn you about, and put hooks into your jaws, and I will bring you forth, and all your army, horses and horsemen, all of them clothed in full armor, a great company, all of them with buckler and shield, wielding swords;


he will not break a bruised reed or quench a smoldering wick, till he brings justice to victory;
