When the house was built, it was with stone prepared at the quarry; so that neither hammer nor axe nor any tool of iron was heard in the temple, while it was being built.


And if you make me an altar of stone, you shall not build it of hewn stones; for if you wield your tool upon it you profane it.


And walk in love, as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us, a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God.


And there you shall build an altar to the Lord your God, an altar of stones; you shall lift up no iron tool upon them.


and you shall sacrifice peace offerings, and shall eat there; and you shall rejoice before the Lord your God.
