That in the blood of enemies thy foot imbrued may be, And of thy dogs dipped in the same the tongues thou mayest see.

That thy foot may be dipped in the blood of thine enemies, And the tongue of thy dogs in the same.

That you may crush them, dipping your foot in blood, that the tongues of your dogs may have their share from the foe.

That thou mayest crush them, dipping thy foot in blood, That the tongue of thy dogs may have its portion from thine enemies.

so that you can wash your feet in their blood, so that your dogs’ tongues can lap up their share of your enemies.”

Let their table be a snare before them, and a retribution, and a scandal.

Let their table become as a snare before them, and a recompense, and a stumbling-block.

The righteous, when he vengeance sees, he shall be joyful then; The righteous one shall wash his feet in blood of wicked men.
