For mouths of wicked men to speak against me do not cease: The mouths of vile deceitful men against me open'd be; And with a false and lying tongue they have accused me.


From lying lips, and guileful tongue, O Lord, my soul set free.


Thou giv'st thy mouth to ill, thy tongue deceit doth frame;


My soul among fierce lions is, I firebrands live among, Men's sons, whose teeth are spears and darts, a sharp sword is their tongue.


Behold, they belch out with their mouth, and in their lips are swords: For they do say thus, Who is he that now doth hear our words?
