The eyes of all things wait on thee, the giver of all good; And thou, in time convenient, bestow'st on them their food:

The eyes of all wait upon thee; And thou givest them their meat in due season.

The eyes of all wait for You [looking, watching, and expecting] and You give them their food in due season.

All eyes look to you, hoping, and you give them their food right on time,

The lions young roar for their prey, and seek their meat from God.

These all wait on thee, that thou may'st in due time give them meat.

Who doth all flesh with food relieve: for he hath mercy ever.
