They put God’s signs on Egypt, his marvelous works on the land of Ham.

and in order to cast their offspring among the nations, and to scatter them among the regions.

And to cast down their seed among the nations, and to scatter them in the countries.

The people then of Israel down into Egypt came; And Jacob also sojourned within the land of Ham.

Darkness he sent, and made it dark; his word they did obey.

In Ham's land he did wondrous works, things terrible did he, When he his mighty hand and arm stretch'd out at the Red sea.
