He from his chambers watereth the hills, when they are dry'd: With fruit and increase of thy works the earth is satisfy'd.

He waters the mountains from His upper rooms; the earth is satisfied and abounds with the fruit of His works.

From your lofty house, you water the mountains. The earth is filled full by the fruit of what you’ve done.
