Isaac sowed seed in that land, and in the same year reaped a hundredfold. The Lord blessed him,


“ ‘And this shall be the sign for you: This year eat what grows of itself, and in the second year what springs from that; then in the third year sow, reap, plant vineyards, and eat their fruit.


They shall build houses and inhabit them; they shall plant vineyards and eat their fruit.


Build houses and live in them; plant gardens and eat what they produce.


Again you shall plant vineyards on the mountains of Samaria; the planters shall plant, and shall enjoy the fruit.


They shall live in safety in it, and shall build houses and plant vineyards. They shall live in safety, when I execute judgments upon all their neighbors who have treated them with contempt. And they shall know that I am the Lord their God.


For there shall be a sowing of peace; the vine shall yield its fruit, the ground shall give its produce, and the skies shall give their dew; and I will cause the remnant of this people to possess all these things.


yet he has not left himself without a witness in doing good—giving you rains from heaven and fruitful seasons, and filling you with food and your hearts with joy.”


So neither the one who plants nor the one who waters is anything, but only God who gives the growth.


He who supplies seed to the sower and bread for food will supply and multiply your seed for sowing and increase the harvest of your righteousness.
