Woe is me, my mother, that you ever bore me, a man of strife and contention to the whole land! I have not lent, nor have I borrowed, yet all of them curse me.


But the unbelieving Jews stirred up the Gentiles and poisoned their minds against the brothers.


But the residents of the city were divided; some sided with the Jews, and some with the apostles.


And out came another horse, bright red; its rider was permitted to take peace from the earth, so that people would slaughter one another; and he was given a great sword.
