and that repentance and forgiveness of sins is to be proclaimed in his name to all nations, beginning from Jerusalem.
But these are written so that you may come to believe that Jesus is the Messiah, the Son of God, and that through believing you may have life in his name.
There is another who testifies on my behalf, and I know that his testimony to me is true.

What if some were unfaithful? Will their faithlessness nullify the faithfulness of God?
To the weak I became weak, so that I might win the weak. I have become all things to all people, that I might by all means save some.
Pay close attention to yourself and to your teaching; continue in these things, for in doing this you will save both yourself and your hearers.
If we receive human testimony, the testimony of God is greater; for this is the testimony of God that he has testified to his Son.
