So the man came into the house; and Laban unloaded the camels, and gave him straw and fodder for the camels, and water to wash his feet and the feet of the men who were with him.


So he said, “I am Abraham's servant.


I have not departed from the commandment of his lips; I have treasured in my bosom the words of his mouth.


Do you see those who are skillful in their work? they will serve kings; they will not serve common people.


Whatever your hand finds to do, do with your might; for there is no work or thought or knowledge or wisdom in Sheol, to which you are going.


but those who drink of the water that I will give them will never be thirsty. The water that I will give will become in them a spring of water gushing up to eternal life.”


Those who have believing masters must not be disrespectful to them on the ground that they are members of the church; rather they must serve them all the more, since those who benefit by their service are believers and beloved. Teach and urge these duties.


So he brought him into his house, and fed the donkeys; they washed their feet, and ate and drank.
