“Can you find out the deep things of God? Can you find out the limit of the Almighty?


These are indeed but the outskirts of his ways; and how small a whisper do we hear of him! But the thunder of his power who can understand?”


But,” he said, “you cannot see my face; for no one shall see me and live.”


No one has ever seen God. It is God the only Son, who is close to the Father's heart, who has made him known.


For now we see in a mirror, dimly, but then we will see face to face. Now I know only in part; then I will know fully, even as I have been fully known.


It is he alone who has immortality and dwells in unapproachable light, whom no one has ever seen or can see; to him be honor and eternal dominion. Amen.
