He said, “A hand upon the banner of the Lord! The Lord will have war with Amalek from generation to generation.”

for he said, Because the LORD hath sworn that the LORD will have war with Amalek from generation to generation.

And he said, Because [theirs] is a hand against the throne of the Lord, the Lord will have war with Amalek from generation to generation.

and he said, Jehovah hath sworn: Jehovah will have war with Amalek from generation to generation.

He said, “The power of the LORD’s banner! The LORD is at war with Amalek in every generation.”

"The hand of the throne of the Lord, and the war of the Lord, will be against Amalek from generation to generation."

Because the hand of the throne of the Lord, and the war of the Lord shall be against Amalec, from generation to generation.

and said, “By myself I have sworn, says the Lord: Because you have done this, and have not withheld your son, your only son,

The Lord is my strength and my might, and he has become my salvation; this is my God, and I will praise him, my father's God, and I will exalt him.

Thus says the Lord: Heaven is my throne and the earth is my footstool; what is the house that you would build for me, and what is my resting place?

‘Heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool. What kind of house will you build for me, says the Lord, or what is the place of my rest?
