He said to them, “Isaiah prophesied rightly about you hypocrites, as it is written, ‘This people honors me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me;
Some were convinced by what he had said, while others refused to believe.
‘Go to this people and say, You will indeed listen, but never understand, and you will indeed look, but never perceive.
Then the Spirit said to Philip, “Go over to this chariot and join it.”
because no prophecy ever came by human will, but men and women moved by the Holy Spirit spoke from God.
