Judah has been faithless, and abomination has been committed in Israel and in Jerusalem; for Judah has profaned the sanctuary of the Lord, which he loves, and has married the daughter of a foreign god.


To the married I give this command—not I but the Lord—that the wife should not separate from her husband


But if the unbelieving partner separates, let it be so; in such a case the brother or sister is not bound. It is to peace that God has called you.


So then, he who marries his fiancée does well; and he who refrains from marriage will do better.
