Then I will go to the altar of God, to God, my joy and my delight. I will praise you with the lyre, O God, my God.


Let me hear joy and gladness; let the bones you have crushed rejoice.


But in that day he will cry out, ‘I have no remedy. I have no food or clothing in my house; do not make me the leader of the people.’


Put on sackcloth, you priests, and mourn; wail, you who minister before the altar. Come, spend the night in sackcloth, you who minister before my God; for the grain offerings and drink offerings are withheld from the house of your God.
