Genesis 27:6 - New International Version (Anglicised)

Rebekah said to her son Jacob, ‘Look, I overheard your father say to your brother Esau,

And Rebekah spake unto Jacob her son, saying, Behold, I heard thy father speak unto Esau thy brother, saying,

Rebekah said to Jacob her younger son, See here, I heard your father say to Esau your brother,

And Rebekah spake unto Jacob her son, saying, Behold, I heard thy father speak unto Esau thy brother, saying,

Rebekah said to her son Jacob, “I just heard your father saying to your brother Esau,

she said to her son Jacob: "I heard your father speaking with your brother Esau, and saying to him,

She said to her son Jacob: I heard thy father talking with Esau thy brother, and saying to him:

Isaac, who had a taste for wild game, loved Esau, but Rebekah loved Jacob.

Now Rebekah was listening as Isaac spoke to his son Esau. When Esau left for the open country to hunt game and bring it back,

“Bring me some game and prepare me some tasty food to eat, so that I may give you my blessing in the presence of the Lord before I die.”
