Jehovah is high above all nations, and His glory above the heavens.
He shall humble the peoples under us, and nations under our feet.
God reigns over the nations, God sits on the throne of His holiness.

For You, Jehovah, are high above all the earth; You are lifted on high far above all gods.
Cry out and shout, O dweller of Zion; for great is the Holy One of Israel in your midst.
What shall one then answer the messengers of the nation? That Jehovah has founded Zion, and the poor of His people shall trust in it.
He has not seen iniquity in Jacob, neither has He seen perverseness in Israel. Jehovah his God is with him, and the shout of a king among them.
