The tents of robbers are at peace, and those who provoke God are secure, in whatever God brings to their hand.


Upright ones shall be amazed at this, and the innocent shall stir himself up against the ungodly.


Why do the wicked live? They grow old and become mighty in power.


He gives safety to him, and he rests on it; yet His eyes are on their ways.


His ways are always perverted; Your judgments are high, out of his sight. As for all his enemies, he puffs at them.


A Psalm of David. Do not fret yourself with evil doers; and do not be envious against the workers of iniquity.


Rest in Jehovah, and wait patiently for Him; do not fret yourself because of him who prospers in his way, because of him who practices wickedness.


Do not let your heart envy sinners; but be in the fear of Jehovah all the day long.


Do not be jealous of evil men, nor desire to be with them.


Do not envy the cruel man, and choose none of his ways.


All things I have seen in the days of my vanity; there is a just one who perishes in his righteousness, and there is a wicked one who prolongs life in his wickedness.


Righteous are You, O Jehovah, that I might contend with You; yet let me speak with You about Your judgments. Why does the way of the wicked prosper? Why are all those happy who deal treacherously?


And now we are calling the arrogant blessed. Not only are the doers of wickedness built up, they also test God, and escape.


Do you think that the Scripture says in vain, The spirit that dwells in us yearns to envy?
