For you ought to say, Why do we persecute him, since the root of the matter is found in me?


And blessed is he, whoever shall not be offended in Me.


Therefore I say to you, All kinds of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven to men, but the blasphemy against the Holy Spirit shall not be forgiven to men.


But he has no root in himself, and is temporary. For when tribulation or persecution arises on account of the Word, he immediately stumbles.


And these are those likewise being sown on stony places; who, when they hear the Word, immediately receive it with gladness.


And these are those being sown among thorns; such as hear the Word,


And whoever shall speak a word against the Son of Man, it shall be forgiven him. But to him who blasphemes against the Holy Spirit, it shall not be forgiven.


Then Jesus said to the Jews who believed on Him, If you continue in My Word, you are My disciples indeed.


As many as desire to look well in the flesh, these compel you to be circumcised; only lest they should suffer persecution for the cross of Christ.
