He who hides hatred with lying lips, and he who speaks a slander, is a fool.


Debate your cause with your neighbor; and do not uncover a secret to another,


He who hates pretends with his lips and stores up deceit within him.


He whose hatred is covered by deceit, his wickedness shall be shown before the congregation.


Do not be hasty in your spirit to be angry; for anger rests in the bosom of fools.

Let all bitterness and wrath and anger and tumult and evil speaking be put away from you, with all malice.


But he who hates his brother is in darkness, and walks in darkness, and does not know where he is going, because darkness has blinded his eyes.


He who says he is in the light and hates his brother is in darkness until now.


In this the children of God are revealed, and the children of the Devil: everyone not practicing righteousness is not of God, also he who does not love his brother.

Everyone hating his brother is a murderer. And you know that no murderer has everlasting life abiding in him.
