They neither know nor will understand; they walk on in darkness; all the foundations of the earth are shaken.


You shall not hate your brother in your heart. You shall always rebuke your neighbor, and not allow sin on him.

For he in whom these things are not present is blind and cannot see afar off and has forgotten that he was purged from his sins in the past.


If we say that we have fellowship with Him and walk in darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth.


But he who hates his brother is in darkness, and walks in darkness, and does not know where he is going, because darkness has blinded his eyes.


He who says, I have known Him, and does not keep His commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.


In this the children of God are revealed, and the children of the Devil: everyone not practicing righteousness is not of God, also he who does not love his brother.


If anyone says, I love God, and hates his brother, he is a liar. For if he does not love his brother whom he has seen, how can he love God whom he has not seen?
