When the ear heard me, then it blessed me; and when the eye saw me, it gave witness to me:
The blessing of him that was ready to perish came upon me: and I caused the widow's heart to sing for joy.
if I have seen any perish for want of clothing, or any poor without covering;
if I have lifted up my hand against the fatherless, when I saw my help in the gate:
The lambs are for thy clothing, and the goats are the price of the field.

Thus speaketh the Lord of hosts, saying, Execute true judgment, and show mercy and compassions every man to his brother:
in any case thou shalt deliver him the pledge again when the sun goeth down, that he may sleep in his own raiment, and bless thee: and it shall be righteousness unto thee before the Lord thy God.
